hi,i am a 33 year-old straight european male looking for a very quiet/respectful/reliable/mature/stable situation roommate (female or male, american or foreign) in beautiful apartment next to spring valley station
available july 15, date is negotiable (the lease is 10-12 months)
the apartment:
- $700/month + about $50 for utilities (wi-fi included)
- 1,050 square feet in total
- private room (unfurnished) and bathroom (with real bath)
- large shared kitchen and living room in the middle of the apartment
- large shared washing-machine/dryer/fridge
- 4th and last floor (elevator); rooms and living room view on very nice park
- no tv or couch in living room (my roommate is leaving and taking them); you can bring yours if you want
residence building:
- < 2 years old, very good quality
- gym in building
- pool 10 yards away from building
- 3 mn walk from dart station (red/orange line); good for someone without a car (like me)
my search:
- i am very respectful, tolerant, reliable, and friendly; i have lived abroad for a long time; in texas since last fall
- however, i work a lot and often from home (academic research/teaching)
- so i am looking for someone very quiet/respectful/reliable/mature
- no parties, no frequent guests, no loud tv/music, no tv up to 1am
- no smoking
- stable financial situation is also a must
