owners are in europe for the next two to three years. they have left me in charge of their property while they are gone. i get to live in a 4200 sq ft single family home on a corner lot with all of the comfort and prestige that offers for $375 a month! we are looking for one or two roommates to help offset the bills.here is what we offer:
- 4200 sq ft house on corner lot in established, respectable neighborhood.
- full run of all common areas (living room, dining room, reading room, sunroom, mudroom, bathrooms, kitchen, and yards)
- all housewares and appliances availabale for use (pots, pans, dw, w/d, flatware, dinnerware, outdoor grill, etc.)
- the layout of the house offers plenty of privacy.
- all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewage, trash) are included.
- basic cable and wireless hi-speed internet. (you can upgrade service to digital or hd digital and take advantage of the sports package, ondemand and hbo, show, cin, encore, and starz - digital box rental is $10/mo., hd digital is $17/mo.)
- relaxed atmosphere.
