i am looking to rent out the ground floor of my townhouse. this includes a bedroom, living room, and a bathroom. the living room and bathroom are furnished, the bedroom is not. there is a tv in the living room you can use. the washer and dryer room is on this floor as well, which you can use whenever. we have wifi and cable. the kitchen is upstairs, and you can use that whenever as well. the bathroom on the ground floor does not have a shower, but you can use the upstairs bathroom whenever to bathe.the room is ready for you to move in to as soon as you'd like. if you have any questions, please feel free to email or call me.
