i am searching for a roommate who is clean, respectful and working. i prefer a male and military, such as myself.

i currently have hi speed internet but no cable. the building is perfectly located minutes from navy hospital, federal building, steps from ferry and old towne portsmouth.

i am asking half the rent which would be $675 plus a $200 deposit. if this is a good match for all, we could renew the lease in december at a lower rate. this property requires all residence to pass a criminal back ground check/credit check as well as a minimum income (which is 3 times the apartments total rent of $1350).
