i am extremely nice and so is my girlfriend. we like to entertain friends and family and i love to cook as well. i am clean and organized and hope you are too. i am 35 and my girlfriend is 26. i work a ton and she works days also and will be starting college in the fall hence the need for a roommie! we are pretty quiet except when i watch a movie cause i love me some surround sound :) other than that we don't have to be bff's but hermits suck too! i fish(i have a boat), paintball, golf, ride pedal bike, love drag racing and the vikes and play some video games every now and then. the place is great and in an excellent neighborhood(nice and safe) and close to arbor lakes.i am looking for a female between 18 and 35 that doesn't smoke/drink excessively/do drugs. someone that cleans up after yourself and doesn't think that their hookups/bf's live there(will not be tolerated). the rent is very reasonable for the area plus you get high speed internet/sat tv and a pool in the summer. the only drawback to the place is parking. it is on street with some spaces available but mostly on street. we also have a 8 month old beagle so you should like dogs or at least tolerate them. well if we sound interesting please message us!
