i have a room available in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in mont clare, about a 10 minute walk to downtown phoenixville with all the shops, bars and restaurants of bridge street. minutes from collegeville and about 10-15 minutes from royersford, malvern and king of prussia. fully furnished with the exception of the open bedroom. available bedroom is approx. 12x12. includes full access to bathroom, living room, kitchen, storage unit, etc. deck on the side of the condo, free parking right at the door, monthly house cleaner, 72" tv in living room, central air conditioning, laundry facilities right inside the condo. rent includes all utilities, hd cable, phone and wireless internet. $700 rent obo. looking for a responsible roommate who pays rent on time and is respectful of the condo. no pets and no smoking inside the condo. my roommate moved out at the end of august so the room is available immediately.
