i have 2 rooms coming open for rent at the end of the month. one long time roommate is moving to san diego, and the other is getting his own place.

offering a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. both rooms are average size, about 12x12 roughly. large double closets with sliding mirrored doors.

large older home with lots of room. almost 2500 sq ft of living area.
4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, private diving pool, patio area in the back and a small front yard.

rent includes utilities, cable, and internet. house is set up for wifi and we have cox super high speed internet.

the way the house is set up is your basic 3 bed 2 bath home. but it has an added on area that consists of what we use as a computer area / den area and also the 4th bedroom.
the bedroom out here is shared by a younger gay couple.

what we are looking for is either a gay or bi male, and ages 18 to 40.
gay friendly considered............
must be employed or a student with some sort of income and able to pay rent on time.
don't have to be best friends, but someone that can be somewhat social and get along with everyone else.
