we have a fully furnished room in a gorgeous upgraded ahwatukee home. $595 will include all utilities and furniture. and tv with basic cable . it has a separate bath. and complete privacy.
this room is grest for a single working girl.we are clean freaks so you will be required to maintain utmost care in keeping the room clean. we are in ahwatukee and the house is surrounded by great views and gorgeous hiking and biking trails.
it also has a gym in the house that you are welcome to use.
you will be able to use the beautiful backyard pool and kitchen. however some restricions apply as we are vegetarians and would prefer no meat to be cooked in the house. we already have 2 dogs so no more pets can be acoomodated.

we will need $50 for an application fee to do background checks and meet you . if the ad is up the room is available- pls do not email to ask if the room is available.
