hi all,my name is tyler. i own and live at a house in a beautiful gated community at the base of south mountain in phoenix. my house is a 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with an amazing salt water pool. my current roommates are moving out at the end of june and i am looking to rent one or two or even three of the bedrooms upstairs. i am a 28 year old male who has a steady job and treats his home like a castle. i love where i live and am looking for roommates who will treat my house with respect and utmost care.
i have a dog and a cat, i am not looking for anyone who has pets but you must be comfortable with having a dog and a cat in the house.
i love to have a good time, i am a huge outdoors person and love to hike and bike and all that stuff, hang out with friends, enjoy some beers by the pool, listen to good music and play video games! i have everything you need as far as living room/dining room stuff goes. i even have a pool table in my loft upstairs!
