i am looking for 2 roomates in quiet ahwatukee neighborhood. my home is off pecos and 17th ave which is about 15 minutes from tempe, chandler and gilbert (my personal favorite thing about the house is the drive to and from.. so scenic). the house is 1700sq feet 3 bedroom - 2.5 bathroom and includes upgraded amenities. some of the benefits of the house and area are softwater and ro water, both wired internet and wifi (all rooms are ran with cat 5e) walking distance to clubwest golfcourse, near many hiking and biking trails.

rent is $500.00 a month plus split utilities. pets negotiable (i do have a couple pets - we would need to introduce before hand for compatibility). i have 2 dogs (a 5 month aussie and a 6 year golden mix) and 2 bunnies (normally in hutch).
