looking for a roommate to share a 12-month lease starting the 1st of september for an apt. located at 51st and pine next to malcolm x park. move in time is flexible for the month of august. the room is about 15x20 and has a window and closet. the apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with stovetop, oven and refrigerator. there is one bathroom, a living room, a spacious backyard with barbecue pit and a front porch. rent is 470 plus utilities. for the lease a down payment is needed for security, first month and last month rent which comes to $1410. i'm a pretty easygoing guy to live with, all i expect is someone who can clean up after him or herself and respects the house in general. also anyone that's young and artistic is a plus. if you are interested e-mail me and i will call you back promptly. thank you
