two of our roommates are moving out of our four bedroom, three story house on ridge ave. we need someone to move in june 1st.big house on the 4000 block of ridge ave. five minute walk from the east falls train station. only a few minute drive from main street. lots of bus stops and places to eat nearby.
washer and dryer, two bathrooms, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, kitchen with pots and pans, and dishes, basement, big backyard, that the landlord has someone come and take care of (cut grass, etc..) during the summer.
living room is furnished (chairs, table, tv)
one bedroom is on the third floor. it's a very nice size room, and it's going to be $307 a month
the second room available is smaller, so the rent is cheaper. it's going to be $230 a month.
first and last months rent, as well as security is required to move in.
utilities come to about $120 during the summer (water, gas, electric, cable/internet)
we have one friendly cat..
