about the apartment:located on 19th and poplar (northern liberties area). three
bedroom/three story townhouse; basement, common area/kitchen, two
bedrooms/one bathroom, and the master bedroom with its own bathroom.
two closets; main one and linen one. kitchen has standard setup, with
dishwasher/oven/fridge and the like. washer/dryer is on the second
floor in its own space. on-street parking is always available, and
there is a security system is in place (victor security).
10-15 minute bike commute to center city; 5 blocks to subway access.
about 1-1.5 miles from drexel university.
the available room is one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, which is $433.
i believe leasing would start at around 1 year (as i'm currently
leasing it from the landlord, and would renew it in september).
the move-in date is mid-august, as the current roomie moves out around
the weekend of the 14th. if necessary, you can move in as late as
mid-september.
