hey. i have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom unit located in a great area on the border of roxborough/manayunk.about the house: it's got 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, a great deck with a view, and on street parking. fridge, microwave, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer in the building, fenced in & grassy back yard!, etc. it is a short walk to main street which is full of great bars, restaurants, art, shopping, and more! also a short walk to the running and biking trails along the schuylkill river. 15 minutes from center city philadelphia, 20 from king of prussia and new jersey, 45 from west chester, willow grove, northeast philly, collegeville, ambler, etc. sorry, no pets!
rent: $600+ utils (gas, water, electric, cable/'net - which shouldn't average more than $100-$200 per person).
about me: i'm a 28 year old male professional. i work full time, m-f, in chester county. i'm also a student. i am into motorcycles, jeeps, cars, photography, sports, hiking, biking, and much more. i do not smoke, nor do i do drugs. i do drink now and then, but i'm no longer a big partier. i may have people over now and then as well, but not all the time. my girlfriend lives close by and we both really enjoy cooking. typically we're out on the weekends, and even during week nights. we do spend time at home though as well, especially when cooking. i have a 65" projection tv, and love to watch the flyers, phils and eagles when i am home for a game.
about you: i'm looking for another professional, possibly with similar interests, but it's not a big deal if we don't have a ton in common - if you're a nice person! you don't have to be involved in my life, don't worry, but if we have enough in common i am open to that as well. move in will be mid to late november.
