my roommates are searching for someone to take my spot in a rowhouse in northeast philadelphia. its in lawncrest - a fairly quiet neighborhood. the house is literally a seven minute walk from a train station that goes straight to center city. the house itself is very well kept and is fully furnished (aside from this bedroom that i'm leaving). i'm moving north and the two roommates here are great - they're both in their mid 20's and work full-time, all three of us recently graduated from college. currently, my full-size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and bookshelf are able to fit in the room incredibly well - it looks spacious. the neighbors are great and there's everything you could need here: laundry, dishwasher, hi-speed internet, cable (with on-demand) and a lot of stores within walking distance. if you're willing to consider a room with a very easy-going and welcoming pair of roommates this could be the place you're looking for!
