looking to move out of my apartment at 18th and diamond, just a few blocks from temple's main campus and the broad street subway line. i have one room in a two bedroom second-floor apartment. there are four units in the building, all students. dishwasher, microwave, and stove; central heating and air; washer/dryer on the floor shared with one other unit. beautiful bamboo floors and a sunny, cozy color scheme of soft yellow and warm orange walls, and rich brown tile in the bathroom and kitchen. also living here is a temple university sophomore; she is the owner of a lab mix so this is ideal if you like dogs! lease is till july 25 with the option to stay. looking to sublet asap so please contact me!
