hi- i am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease, starting december 1-july 31, 2013, in a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the bella vista area of the city! some personal things have come up that i need to move, & i am sad to leave this great place.so about this house... it has it all... hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel new appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher!), backyard, an alley to store a bike, finished basement, c/a, soaking tubs in the bathroom, w/d on the second floor, and 2 great roommates! you would be taking over my room (which fits a queen bed), next to your room is the bathroom, w/d & your extra storage area.
let me tell you a little bit about who your two roommates would be... both are thirty something working in the research field, one is also in school, who are easy to get along with, clean, responsible, both work out regularly, like to go out and have a good time or have a cocktail at home, sit around and watch a movie or tv show together. there is also a dog & a cat that resides in the house, so must be okay with animals around the house. we share house cleaning responsibilities but keep a general rule of pick up after yourself. bills are split we are responsible for gas & electric, and have cable/internet bill; the bills run about $100 extra for everything.
