looking for a roommate for july 1st move-in for a 1-yr lease that we will both sign. nice 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen 2nd floor apt in a duplex in fox chase. the bedroom available is pictured in this profile (it will not be furnished).i am a male looking for a roommate of either gender. i've lived here for 3 years and have had zero issues with the landlord or neighbors. $390/mo rent. utilities average between $150-200 total monthly depending on the gas bill; we will split utilities.
third (smallest) bedroom is used as storage space. finished laundry room downstairs for both apts with separate washer and dryer for each floor. unfortunately, landlord does not allow pets. not 420 friendly.
first and last month's rent ($390 each) and $390 security deposit required at signing of lease with landlord.
i'm in my late twenties and a cleanly tenant who holds up his half of the responsibilities around the apartment. i don't hesitate to bring up issues rather than letting them fester into an explosive argument but i don't nitpick either. i make my own meals, pay for my groceries and keep my hands off my current roommate's food. i'm looking for someone who shares the same mentality and practices. i live for movies and great television, love going to indie shows downtown and trying new craft beers at home or at bars and breweries.
