the entire 3rd floor of a beautiful town home is available for rent at $925 per month includes all utilities (including comcast tv/wireless internet) and is fully furnished. you will have the entire 3rd floor to yourself which is the top of the house.the 3rd floor has a very spacious bedroom with a good-sized closet. the bedroom is furnished with a brand new bedroom set including a king size bed. the 3rd fl bathroom has a full tub/shower, linen closet. there is sitting area with a sliding door to the rooftop. the 3rd floor comes with brand new rugs and and a 42'' flat screen tv (comcast- hbo,showtime, starz) built into the wall for the sitting area.
there are two working roommates on the second floor one female and one male who both share a bathroom located on the second floor. they are in their mid twenties, work monday through friday and like to enjoy their weekends by going out in the city.
there is a laundry room for all 3 roommates located on the second floor. all roommates share a very spacious living room w/tv & ps3 (comcast- hbo,showtime, starz & dvr) and kitchen. the kitchen is newly rennovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. the first floor also contains hardwood floors throughout. there is a basement strictly for storage which all three roommates have equal share of. there is a driveway outback with access through a sliding door & free street parking that's always available.
we are looking for someone to move in the last week of august to a minimum of a 9 month lease. p lease email me if you are interested so we can set up a time to meet the roommates and see the house in person. to move in first last and security deposit of 500$ will be due at the time of signing the lease.
