i am looking for someone to sublet my room from january – july 31st because i am moving for a job. my room is quite large, with its own bathroom, huge closet, and two huge windows that look out into the backyard. i live with three amazing girls in their mid-20’s in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath brownstone in the heart of rittenhouse. the house is amazing, with a dining room with sliding doors that lead out to a back deck/yard, kitchen, and a huge living room with high ceilings and tons of light. the house has hardwood floors throughout all the rooms but the bedrooms. it is walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants in rittenhouse, graduate hospital, and society hill. plus easy street parking and two blocks from the subway. washer/dyer in the unit.
