hello and good day,i own a home in peoria, two miles from arrowhead mall. this home is a tri-level home, with three floors.
i am looking to rent out the bottom level, it has two rooms, one bathroom, huge living room, washer and dryer (in own room) a hall way and a doggie door with side yard (yard under construction). you also would have your own dinner room; it would be on the second level. the only thing we would share would be the kitchen and laundry room.
this home is in a cull de sac, my neighbors have been there for over 15 years, and one of my neighbors is a police officer for peoria.
great place to feel safe and have own private part of a home without a high price.
dog/s are welcomed. at times there may be foster dog/s in the home.
i cannot and will not have drugs or a smoker as a roommate.
the rent will be $670.00 per month. if the water and electricity runs a lot higher you will have to share the cost.
