the house is shared by two young, professional females and a medium
sized mutt. the basement was recently remodeled, which has a common area with a fireplace, beer fridge (which is an absolute necessity), and
access to the fenced-in backyard. the second floor common area has
hardwood floors, a large kitchen, and a deck over the yard.
we're both pretty quiet and laid back, so we're looking for someone
with similar interests and a secure income. the room can be made
