i recently lost my fiance and have huge 4 story house. i need two roommates $600-700 a month which includes utilities but not not food. there is washer and dryer. there is internet. offstreet parking behind house. i have three small dogs. wall to wall carpeting. extra storage if you need it. huge kitchen and dining area. i am quiet and go to college 4 days a week. i do not party nor do any drugs or smoke ciggs or cigars.i rarely drink. smoking is not allowed in my home. smokers please do not apply. i am allergic and cant even have it on your clothing. unless you use electronic ciggs only then you are fine. i live on main street in northampton so you are walking distance of shops, a movie theater, post office, and drive to lccc is 18 mins. northampton college is right near me also.

i have two rooms available. there is a room with huge closet and two windows and shelf unit. will fit a king size bed in there (not included)

then there is huge atttic with 3 seperated room parts to be one persons room. there is no closet up there but you can get a wardrobe cheap or one of those temporary wardrobe boxes from uhaul for really cheap if you dont mind and you can decorate it.
