we are two girls in our mid twenties looking for a 3rd room mate in our 2 bedroom apartment in north branford. the apartment is located on the second floor. the apartment itself is very spacious - large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and counter space. we have a keurig, microwave, all the essentials. the living room is also large. we have a 60" flatscreen tv with cable, netflix, hulu, playstation 4. there are 4 closets. the bedroom closets are a good size. there is also a linen closet and hall closet. there is 1 shared bathroom. we also have a storage unit in the basement and there is coin-op laundry as well.the apartment is located in a complex off rt 80 in north branford with ample parking. they plow for us and take care of garbage pickup.
quick access to east haven, new haven, branford, northford, north haven. highway to 91 north and south off route 80. plenty of things nearby - fast food, grocery stores, etc.

the rent will be split 3 ways. each person will pay about 450 a month. this includes rent and utilities (electric, gas, wifi/cable) due on the 1st of the month.
about us: we are a very down to earth couple in our mid twenties. we are very laid back, easy to get along with. we both work during the day so we do tend to be home in the evenings and at night. we don't usually have people over often but we don't mind if you do. we do have two cats - technically they are still kittens about 7 months old. they are extremely loving, friendly and playful so being a cat person or not minding them around is essential.
about you: we are, ideally, looking for someone who is reliable and responsible. must be lgbt friendly (this is important). we are hoping our third room mate will be friendly and hang around, maybe watch a movie, eat dinner with us, laugh a little! if not, that's okay too. we just want you to feel comfortable here. feel free to watch netflix or play video games, play with the cats, etc. we are extremely accommodating (we will even help you move in!)
