hello! my current roommate and i are searching for someone to move into the third room of our large three bedroom apartment in newport ri! must be neat and love dogs (we have one shih tzu, he doesn't bark and is basically a cat)the apartment is completely furnished aside from the bedroom you would be moving into. bathroom is shared between one other person. utilities not included in rent cost - gas, electric, water, internet. there is a washer/dryer in the basement, a dishwasher, and every kitchen appliance under the sun you could ever hope for, as well as a driveway for off-street parking.
landlord is extremely attentive and willing to fix/address any issues.
available december 1 - the lease ends may 31, 2016.
