i have a large house that costs $1000 to rent. i am looking for someone to move in and help me out with the rent/some utilities. we could even add a third roommate to make the rent less as there are 3 rooms available.

(i have the attic and work two jobs so i am only really home on the weekends.) there is a living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, front and back porch, nice gated yard w/shed and a basement. the landlord is putting in new flooring and a dishwasher. we would be responsible for water, electric, heat and cable. i have a dog and a cat so you must be pet friendly, they are cleanly and well kept and the dog is only allowed downstairs in the house. there are several small bars within walking distance and boro park is located right down the street. please phone me if you are interested in seeing the place.
