we have a house in norristown pa (4 miles north of king of prussia) in a very nice neighborhood. train station is only a few blocks away as is bus service, library, a beautiful park and zoo. we are about 1/2 hour to center city philadelphia.

one bedroom is for rent in the back of the house. it is 13 x 9 with a corner closet plus a very large wall closet, full-size bed, end table and bureau, ceiling fan, air conditioner, and wireless internet service available from anywhere in the house.

all of the first floor is shared, including living room, dining room and kitchen plus 1/2 bathroom. also the full bathroom upstairs and laundry facilities in the basement

we are an older couple who have the bedroom in the front of the house, are quite friendly and easy going and respect your privacy. we are a christian couple, but do not push our religion on others.

the adjacent bedroom is occupied by a very quiet 29 year old professional woman.

rent is $500 per month, which includes all utilities, and is month-to-month. deposit is $500, which is refunded upon giving at least 30 days notice and no damage done to the residence.
