this house is $675 a month plus utilities and cable/internet. i am a 28 y.o single female professional. i have both a dog (chow chow) and a tabby cat that live with me, so you must be an animal lover. i love the outdoors, am easygoing, neat, and a responsible house mate.the house is in walking distance of produce junction, the schuylkill river trail, lock 60 (if you like to kayak or canoe), and all downtown restaurants, bars, and shops.
house features a small fenced in back yard, two available off street parking behind the house. the 3rd floor bedroom and adjacent room, which can be used as an office or additional living area, are available. there is a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. this house would be available for move in the beginning of august
