single, unfurnished room for rent. 144sq ft. 12x12. downstairs. private bathroom.rent is $400/month payable on the 1st of the month. utilities cost will be 1/3 of srp, swg and city of mesa and will be payable on the 15th of the month.
move in cost is 1st months rent plus security deposit of $400 that will be used as last months rent. 30 day move out notice is required or security deposit is forfeited.
to make that more clear, it is $800 to move in. 1st utility payment to be made on the 15th, the month after move in.
small closet, but bathroom does have a large linen storage area that you would be able to use as well.
house access with the exception of upstairs. no garage space, but usually will have an open driveway spot or parking immediately in front of the house. it is a gated community.
full kitchen that you will have complete access to, including any kitchen gadgets/utensils i have.
small backyard, but large enough to bbq (i do have a grill) or just sit outside (blazing sun permitted) and enjoy morning coffee.
house does not have cable or satellite, i use roku for streaming tv plus an antenna for local channels. if you want cable or satellite, i have no problems with you adding it to your room, but it's 100% financially your responsibility.
free wifi access with 40mbps connection speed. (that's fast).
no additional storage space available outside the room.
i don't smoke or use drugs. i expect the same and have a zero tolerance policy. from tenant or guests. i am ok with the occasional cigar, outside only.
no pets please.
only 1 tenant for the room please.
i would prefer a month to month situation, but for the right tenant i will consider a longer contract.
i am a 38yo male with a 7yo old that is with me 50% of the time. i work mostly from home, but am quiet and respectful.
