i have a room for rent in a 3bed / 2 bath 1400 sq ft house, i currently rent in east mesa. 2nd bedroom is used as an office, which you're welcomed to use as well and the 3rd bedroom and spare bathroom are all yours! i have a queen bed in there at the moment which you can use if you need to, otherwise i can move it out. you'll have driveway parking or street parking out front. i'm a 30yr old, female professional. i have 2 dogs who are indoor most of the time and extremely friendly. since i already have two, unfortunately anyone who moves in can't have any pets. i work during the week, business hours and am pretty quiet and to myself in my off time. i'm a big homebody, normally. i'm looking for someone on a short term basis, 1-3 months (my lease is up in december and i might be moving out of state in late feb / march) you definitely have the option to renew the lease with my landlord (who's awesome), at that point if you want to. rent is $600 including all utilities; electric, water, trash, internet, hulu and netflix. deposit is $600. available immediately! looking for someone who's a non-smoker, around my own age 28-34, financially stable, considerate, clean and respectful. male or female, doesn't matter as long as our personalities click. i'm pretty laid back and go with the flow. if you're interested, reply to this ad. my email goes straight to my cell phone, so i'll respond quickly. thanks : )
