i have a lovely home and looking for a female roommate. you will have your own room, private bathroom and additional storage area all located within your bedroom area. bedroom size is about 12x12. house is 2800sf with a split floor plan so your room is on the other side of the house away from the other bedrooms for added privacy. house is located in a quite private neighborhood minutes away from the 60 and 202 fwy.terms: rent is $650 a month with first and last month due at move in and & $400 deposit (security deposit can be paid over first 3 months if necessary)
space includes:
• cable & wi-fi internet - there is already a cable box in your room
• all utilities water, trash, and power are included
• full access to washer/dryer
• full access to kitchen
the house is clean and i expect you to be clean also. looking for someone responsible with steady work history, no smoking, no drugs, no parties, and no sleep overs. must be easy to get along with and no drama. we are a very easygoing family. must be a dog lover since i have 3 friendly dogs.
background check will be required and proof of income.
