we have a room available for rent in a very quite neighborhood. we are a young family with children in the home, we do require proof of income, as well as a security deposit of $300, we are willing to break it up into 2 or 3 payments if needed.you will have your own private bath upstairs with a stand up shower and storage space. room is a very good size and easily able to fit a queen bed,dresser, desk ect, there is 2 windows in the room with plenty of sunlight coming in, there is a full size closet in the room as well with shelving on top. rent is $400 a month with an additional $50 a month on the electric,all other utilities will be included with the rent( cable,high speed internet,water) you will have access to the kitchen but we do ask that you provide your own food/drinks, there is a full size washer and dryer in the home as well. please feel free to e-mail with any questions or if you would like to come see the room, [email protected] thanks!
