just minutes from century college, 694, 36, 35e, etc and just 1/2 mile from maplewood mall.there are 5 bedrooms with a few mature guys living here. all clean type living styles and each have full time business type jobs along with other involvements.

i have set up the house for private bedrooms and 2 living rooms to spread out in; 2 bathrooms ; there are also 2 full size fridge/freezers with a large freezer in the garage so there's more than enough space for individual food.
