1,800 sq ft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage townhouse with fireplace, fenced back yard, pool, washer and dryer. house is furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. (you will share a bathroom - with the shower/tub - with 1 other roommate. but there's also a half bath downstairs that you can call your own, for makeup etc..) this is a really good location. between market street on 50th & indiana and walmart on the south loop. there's a bus line that you can use to get to tech if you want as well. (it's only an 8 minute drive to campus). rent is split among the roommates so it's only $327 per person plus the w/s/g which generally runs about 25 or 30 per person. you also have to add your lp&l and suddenlink, but again those are split /3 so we generally don't spend more than about $450 per month total on everything (per person)!!!
this is a female only household. prefer non smoker, no drama, be responsible to pay rent on time. pets are allowed here, but they charge a deposit and a small monthly fee. room is available now, lease runs through november. deposit is only $100!!
