i lead an moderate lifestyle, enjoying both nights in and experiencing all that the area has to offer. levittown is a train ride away from philly, nyc, and the jersey shore while still having the slower pace of the suburbs, which i enjoy. my job requires me to travel several times througout the year so i'm gone at random intervals. i have two small dogs who love everyone who walks in the door. as far as roommates, i require very little. i'm looking for someone who is responsible, honest, relatively clean and that i can trust to be good to my dogs. what can i say, i'm a simple person.

there's plenty of storage, ac, fenced in yard, private bath and bedroom, half garage, washer and dryer.
