hey, i'm a 26 yr old man and i own my own house. my brother lives with me but he's a marine & he's headed to afghanistan soon. i have three empty rooms. two are upstairs and share a full bath. one is downstairs and shares a full bath with me. i'm renting them for $500 each. i have a large living room & kitchen for all to share. the house is off bonanza & nellis and close to nellis afb. i have a few dressers, all you need to move in is a bed. the $500 rent includes cable tv, internet and all the utilities. i have air conditioning. i have a dog but he is very friendly & has a doggie door. i am a smoker. there aren't many rules, just pay your rent on time and you are wlecome to have friends over, have a party, i'm very laid back. all i ask is a $300 deposit and give me 30 days notice before you move out so i can get someone else.
