i am looking for a roommate who is responsible and down to earth. someone who is able to pay their rent in a timely manner, clean up after themselves and will respect the house. i am the owner of the house and will be your roommate. i am a laid back guy who lives a professional life, i do not have a lot of traffic coming and going and expect the same courtesy from you.

the house has full amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, range, private bathroom, fully furnished (not the room), wireless internet, cable and a pool(i might drain it soon to cut back on expenses).

in addition to rent you will be expected to contribute to half of the monthly utilities. i am a "green" person so the bills have always been very reasonable in comparison to most others. past records of utilities are available at the time of showing.
