i am looking for a roommate for my available room in my apartment. it has a window that opens, a walk-in closet and your own bathroom directly across from your bedroom. it has a washer and dryer located inside the apartment and they work great. also it has all other appliances as well. smoking is ok on the patio and drinking is also ok. friends over is fine as long as they are respectful of the place. not a lot of rules and pretty laid back.pay your rent on time and don't be a complete slob. rent includes power and utility bill. bus stop directly outside of apartment complex it is a 1 minute walk, if that.
