i have a good sized, furnished master bedroom with bathroom attached to rent out in my 2/2 mobile home.
the room is furnished with bed, dresser, nightstand, computer desk and tv.
i smoke , but no drugs or drinking.
i have 3 dogs. one is still a pup and gets a little crazy sometimes but they are basically well behaved.
i'm female, in my young early 50's.
$500.00 includes all utilities and sharing of all common area's. there is cabletv and internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and pool .
being a mobile home, it's not the most beautiful on the outside, but it is comfortable and homey, and it's in a quiet park.
