room for rent is located on the second floor of a beautiful and spacious newer home. room does not share walls with any occupied room. room and bathroom painted with warm-natural tones. many businesses, restaurants and shopping around. two mini parks within walking distance. house is located 15min from the strip.
must like cats, i have 2 very friendly ones who are not allowed out and about unsupervised by us. please, no other pets.
