hello! i am looking for a female roommate to take over the master bedroom in my condo.it is a huge bedroom with your own private bathroom and walk-in closet and a sliding door to the patio the overlooks the pool. there is plenty of parking at all hours of the day. it's secure with fob access to the complex and the building. the security here runs a tight ship so i feel very safe. the complex has a 2 pools, hot tubs, cardio room, weight room, entertainment room and tennis courts.
i am in my mid-20's, i am very clean and i tend to keep to myself. i have a full time job and and like to relax while i am home.
the rent is $600/month which includes hoa fees as well. utilities range from $50-$75 a month per person.
