i am currently looking for a roommate to rent out my spare bedroom. it has its own closet and queen size bed with a full bath. i have a washer and dryer that can be shared. for now, i need some one on a month to month basis but might change in the future. there is parking in front of the house or on one side of the drive way in front of garage. i live by myself but i have a six year old son that stays with me on the weekends and sometimes on weekdays. i have three small dogs that are not annoying and are very friendly. basically looking for someone i can trust and that can help me make the mortgage payment.
