room for rent in 2000sf, 4br single story older but remodeled house on south east side of las vegas, near shopping, public transportation & freeway. we are a mature working couple, very secure in our relationship, and drama free! looking for non-smoker, no kids or pets, drama free, drug free adult to rent our room. room is 12'x12', partially furnished. includes satellite tv, high speed wireless internet, use of large kitchen, washer/drier, and pool/jacuzzi. semi private full bath with 2 sinks.we have dogs, but they are quiet and sleep in our room.
our perfect roommate would be drama free, quiet, and able to cook & clean up after him/herself. retired or ex-military on fixed income is ok. street parking on quiet street will be provided.
month to month, no lease, 200 deposit.
