misfit manor is looking for a new roommate!!* we have a 6 bedroom 4 bath large home in the southwest area.
* currently living in the home 2 females 2 males.
* no pets
* for the most part our home is quiet, but we do have misfit family nights where we get together for a bbq or misfit outings.
* we all have jobs and are home at random times.
* we are looking for a drama free person, must have a job, be responsible and fun.
* drinking is a norm in the home, drugs are not permitted and smoking allowed in the garage or outside home.
* wifi included
* 200 sqft room, plus private full bath.
* $500 per month or $250 every two weeks, which ever is easiest.
* all utilities are included as long as not abused.
