we have 2 rooms available on the 3rd floor in a nice house in lansdowne. the 3rd floor has its own full bathroom and a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and a small 2 burner kitchentop. rent includes all utilities including high speed internet and premium cable. in order for you to move in, you need, proof of employment or income and the first month rent plus a month for a security deposit.

this is a drug and smoke free house, if you are a smoker you can smoke outside of the house. we are looking for a cleen, friendly person who likes dogs, to share our beautiful home.
