*access to private parking spot
*quiet house, just one roommate. perfect for a serious student.
*monthly rent includes gas, heat, water, trash.
*due to past exchanges, there must be deposit.
*house has dryer, though washer needs fixing.
*1 bedroom, the larger of bedrooms has nightstand, dresser. no mattress.
*outside of bedroom, house is furnished as any other, suitable for everyday needs
*rent does not include cable, internet. though if you have a laptop, internet is free all the time!
*i am very easy to live with, prefer quiet nights, and work very hard.
*i respect one's privacy, especially in a house this size.
*i do not use/tolerate drugs or smoking in the house. but drinking is fine.
*i am 31m with full schedule involving childcare, schooling, charity, and the arts.
