i have a 3 bedroom 2.5 ba townhome and would like to get a roommate. i bought the house in november and it's about 3 years old, therefore, it's relatively new. i am in the process of painting some of the rooms. i just finished painting the kitchen and dining area which made a huge difference from the white walls it did have. i have 3 yorkies, which are very well trained and a cat, who is very shy. therefore, the person would need to love animals. i'm asking for $650 a month for rent which will include all the utilities unless you would want more cable channels as i only have basic cable and internet. the townhouse is in lancaster but not in the city and only about 5 - 10 min from the city. i'm very laid back and enjoy going to the gym as well as running.
