**** hello i'm a women looking to rent out a room in my 3 bedroom condo (apts.), for $400 available right now!!!!!!!* i'm pretty down to earth, i have a son that stays with me, he pretty much stays to his self as i do.
* this is a nice small room with a twin bed,lots of closet space, full bathroom right across the hall (not in the room), full access to kitchen and livingroom. looking for a responsible working women that can pay her rent on time and doesn't have alot of visitors around.
* first month's rent is required with a $200.00 deposit ($600.00 moves you in),month 2 month so there is no lease......
