hi, i'm looking to rent out our basement bedroom, we are 4 minutes off 81 in a quiet neighborhood, house is brand new just had it built this year. we would prefer a young responsible female between 21 and 32. im 32 my wife is 29 must be able to handle being around a 4 yr old and 2 cats and 2 rats, maybe a dog soon, just had a fence put around back yard.

you will have full access to the house, you'll be treated as if you were family and not just a roommate, i grill almost every weekend, dinner is made every night, i play video games would be cool if you did to lol,there's cable and wifi through out the house. $350+ 1/3 of utilities and groceries, a $250 no refundable security deposit will be needed at the time of move in. rent is due by the 1st and we'll pay utilities as they come.

room isn't furnished, however my game room is, which we would be sharing that space. room is big enough for queen size bed and dresser, decent sized closet, wood floors, like i said house is brand new. house has security on it so you'll feel safe here, also i'm an avid gun carrier.

we will need to meet in person and do a interview before you are shown the house to see if you'll be a good fit in the family
