welcome to my 2,700 sq. ft. house. you get a private bedroom and suite. the suite is in the room next door upstairs with a couch, big screen tv , computer desk, computer, refrigerator and microwave. you’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, great restaurants close by, the comfy bed, the coziness, and the kitchen. my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). there is a huge covered patio in back. free internet and netflix................................... the space............ here is a small list of what you get extra here at the hall house • dedicated parking • washer/dryer • complimentary coffee • complimentary toiletries • private bathroom • complimentary water, tea & hot chocolate available on request • extra food storage available. • it comes with your own mini suite with microwave/toaster/coffee maker/ refrigerator/office desk with compute and printer • kitchen flatware and utensils provided in your suite • free internet, cable & netflix • full access to the main kitchen downstairs • we will serenade you to sleep • ok, maybe not that last one................................................ guest access........... you will have your own bedroom, suite and restroom upstairs. ............. other things to note........... we have the fastest wi-fi you can get in a house (you will have the password before you arrive). you also have over 400 channels on the big screen in your suite. breakfast can be available for a fee. but, first you would have to wake up the chef (that would be mary) and she hates getting up early. then she would be grumpy because you woke her up early, so good luck with that. there is a huge kitchen to make whatever you want in................ this is a fully furnished two rooms.............. all utilities paid.
